The municipal housing company Skebo guarantees accommodation for everyone who studies with us!
The housing guarantee means that you as a student get priority for a rental apartment – so you don’t have to worry about accommodation!
Near the beautiful Skellefteälven River, a few hundred meters from the city center, you will find Campus Skellefteå. The municipal housing company Skebo provides everything from rooms in the corridor to regular apartments in the areas of Älvsbacka, Sörböle and Anderstorp – all within walking distance of the Campus. Most student housing is partially furnished. Internet, cable TV and IP telephony are included in the very affordable rent.

As soon as you have received your acceptance letter, you should therefore go directly to Skebo Student – https://www.skebo.se/artikel/student-3 to book your apartment!
Keys can be collected from Skebo’s office.
NOTE: Skebo is closed during the summer for some weeks.
Even though everyone is guaranteed accommodation, it is important to book your student room as soon as you have received your acceptance letter. The best apartments go quickly – and in the worst case, you may otherwise have to take temporary accommodation at the beginning of the semester before you have access to the student apartment.
