We, who are behind the education, are driven by a passion for what we do and have the ambition to raise the bar properly, together with companies and our students. We want to create one of the world’s best VFX educations – and here you can become an important cog. With talent and commitment, anything is possible!

Our education is popular – in autumn 2020 we had more than 120 applicants for 20 places. We choose who gets in through a number of work tests. This means that we put more emphasis on talent, interest and experience than grades and that our students have different skills – we have a motley collection where some are extremely good at hand drawing and some who can barely hold a pencil but are instead good at 3D.

During your studies, we promise to do our utmost to further sharpen what you are already good at and support you in subjects where you have less prior knowledge. All so that you can develop and be able to reach your full potential – especially in the areas you are passionate about. In collaboration with, among others, At Arctic Game Lab, we offer a wide range of free short add-on courses in everything from Unreal programming to game design. We are also happy to introduce you to our wide network in the game development and film industry.

The return/commitment we require from you is that you enter the studies with full force full-time, i.e. that you work concentratedly on lectures/lessons (about 20h/week) and during self-study time (another about 20h/week).

Since we are trying to recreate a future working life, most courses are structured so that you work in group projects at the school – from your own workplace. We also believe that you are more efficient, learn better and get more out of the education if you do not study 24/7 – so the course schedule is structured for an 8h ”working day” five days a week.
